Pending Contacts not updating
Ok here we go again, same ole song and dance. Pending contacts not updating in latest build of yahoo im. No way to send additional request. Contacts claim they never got an acceptance notification. Everyone is stumped. No responce from yahoo. No fix in site. What is a mother to do.

Haha, yes, I KNOW this is an "old" thread - but I just spotted it, AND the subject still applies these days!
I find the only solution is to delete the person then re-add them. This seems the only way to get a fresh "please authorise me" to them. And as usually I "rename" people and often add stuff in Contact Details too, to avoid losing all that I DON'T "Delete from Address Book too?" - so when I re-add then all their previous info snaps back into place just dandy!
