Instead of downloading a new software and hacks for it, why not just go to any random chat room and type "/follow username" on the message box (without the quotes) and hit enter? that would solve all the ordeal.

is this command still works on messy 9?? i tried but no result....any update??

No, it's not available anymore as Yahoo has completely removed the feature.
