Make sure you have updated your Windows. This same question was just 3 days ago. You should look through questions in forums.

hi,... i had the same problem,... i went to run,. and typed in dxdiag,... it tells you what is wrong. Your acceleration is probably too high,... decrease it and it should work !!! good luck !!!
