Yahoo Webcam upload and View wrapper not working

Don't bother trying to contact Yahoo customer care, non of them have webcams to try it out. I have been emailing them for a week now and this is the last three responses I got. I am still waiting for one more response if they like my last email. lol

__________________________________________________ ______________

I installed the webcam wrapper software, located at
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/chat/w...ebcams-22.html
I went to chat.yahoo.com
I logged into a chat room.
I then clicked on start webcam, under chat tools dropdown menu.
it came back with the error message "unable to connect to webcam server"
Yahoo changed the webcam server and the webcam wrapper software is going
to a server that Yahoo removed on or about June 1st

please look above at the steps I did, and try it. Yahoo changed the
webcam server the other day and the webcam wrapper for chat 2.0 is not working.
I can not believe I waited an entire day for that response. Do you care,
if so try it yourself.

"an error was temporarily encountered in the server. Please close this
window and try again in a few minutes"
Will you please believe me the problem is not on my computer. I know
that Yahoo changed the webcam server last week so the webcam wrapper in
not working for Chat 2.0. I used it fine before then one day it just
stoped. I did do what you asked me to do below, so please Have someone
look into this for me.
