Message Archive problem... HELP?

So I go to my Preferences >> Archive and I click the "Yes, save all of my messages" and it does save my conversations.. but only for like some amount of time... it clears every number of weeks or so... and when I check my message archive it'd be empty and I don't know why.

Anyone know how to fix? Maybe?

The version of messenger is important to know, because some versions you could set the amount of time you wanted to save the archives. It could be set for 7 days, 12 days, 30 days, etc. Or it says delete archives after so many does, and that number must be changed to ZERO (0)

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling messenger? Or maybe try upgrading to 7.5 to see if anything changes.

Hope it starts working again! Please let us know how it goes.
