Link to Game Status Not Working

For the last 2 days when I play a game on Yahoo my status in YIM does not change to show a link to my game status. I have the appropriate boxes checked in my privacy settings as well as in my game options but it does not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled YIM and that does not fix the problem. Any ideas? I've also been experiencing the same disconnect and quickly reconnect issues as other users - wondering if it's a Yahoo problem on their end. Any ideas?

It definately seems to be a yahoo! related problem.

Not been a big yahoo! game user im not sure about the status.

If it's still not working after a couple of days ask a friend to try games and check the same settings and see if their status changes, if it does then its definately a localised problem with yours.

perhaps a setting you overlooked or yahoo just may hate you this week.

It's definately a problem on Yahoo!'s end because for the past 2 days i have been playing Yahoo! games as well and my status doesn't change to show the game i'm playing the way it did before.

So i suggest just waiting and seeing if Yahoo! fixes this problem.

I agree too. (Was kinda thinking it MIGHT be "just me", but where Yahoo's concerned, hmmmm, usually not )

Actually in recent months I've found even when that status DID work the links given were often wrong - yes, it would take me to A room for the particular game, but as often as not it was a room some OTHER friend of mine HAD been in earlier, but NOT the one the friend I clicked beside was in now.

(But thanks to HyperIM I set my own game status / link easily anyway, independently ! )
