This application is a Yahoo! Utility that allows you to irritate your Friends and Buddy List by appearing Offline and Online constantly and displaying the "User is now offline" and "User is now online" on their screen.

Well... can't say MSN-people would be as happy with it. People are more often likely to be blocked then just put up with it.
