phone out

Hello All,First time here for me.I have a problem with Yahoo messenger phone out.I haven't used it for a while and the account was down to 30 cents so I made a call to try it out.Everything worked ok.The credit is down to 19 cents now and I want to top it up and use it again.
The problem is that I go through the sequence to add funds and get to the button that says "add prepaid credit" and internet explorer tells me
"The page cannot be displayed".This has been going on for 2 days now and I have tried on 2 working P.C.'s.Same thing happens with Mozilla, only a blank page shows.
I am using Yahoo Messenger 9.0 and windows XP Home.
My ISP is dodo and I am in Australia. All other internet activities seem to work ok.
Anybody got any ideas about this.
It's hard to believe that they don't want the money.
