Well, I'm sorry you lost your ID but we won't allow discussion of illegal activities here, which includes trying to obtain a person's IP address, sorry. If you lost your ID and you have your secret question and other information used when you signed up for the ID, then you may be able to recover it. If you don't then honestly you're wasting your time and the ID's gone.
