how do I retrieve my off line messages
once i read the messages I want and need to print them and I can not find them can u help me?

If archiving is not enabled/active, then they're long gone. I'm not even sure if offlines are written to the message archive anymore, I haven't seen offlines appear in the message archives for a long time now.
