How to get YM working while internet is blocked
Hi guys,
I need to get Yahoo! messenger working on my client pc while I block his access to internet Currently I'm using DLINK DI-524, and All I could do is block his IP's port 80... However, his Yahoo mesenger wouldn't connect.... I have to unblock port 80 first, allow him to connect to Yahoo! messenger, then block his port 80... troublesome for me to do this everyday

Set Messenger to login via a HTTP proxy. What this will do is force Y!M to use YMSG/HTTP on port 80.
