YIM 10 display images

Whenever i log into my yahoo i get a social view plug in error. None of my buddy icons work and whenever i try to add another plug in on my yahoo instant messenger it gives me a error. i have the latest version of flash player, and java. I do not know what else to do. if anyone could please help me i would greatly appreciate it. thank you very much

Have you got the latest Yahoo! Messenger 10? (10.0.0.1102 as of this post)

Do you have have any application filtering programs like malware scanners, anti virus scanners etc running, norton and mcafee are known to stop messenger retrieing plugin data and blocking display images downloading leaving them black.
