After i write a message my friend sees my messages with a big delay or he doesn't see my messages at all! i have an adsl 20 mega and a modem router d-link...which could be the causes of this delay? thanks in advance.This happen when he uses his phone to be online, (he doesn't have an adsl)when he uses his pc all is ok...He told me that his phone was ok with his friend...

Could be just an exchange in the area between you that could be slowing down your messages, like a tariff that filters spam and other sms/mms/data traffic.

Does it happen all the time?
