I saw this bit on The Daily Show a while back and fell out of my chair laughing.
What’s really funny is the mad rush to be relevant in Twitter without really understanding it. Too many companies think it’s about branding or marketing, but it’s about community and interaction.
I do agree with the point that Twitter is the cool kids tool right now.
